You may have some questions arise before the event-

We hope this information will help you plan for the evening.

• What time should I arrive? Doors will open at 4:45 PM, and cocktail hour will begin at 5.

• What is the dress code? Semi formal i.e. above casual, but below cocktail. 
  
  
• Parking? Parking will be free and there will be lots available near Claeys North and Ageno A, behind the Soda Center. Please note that the Soda Center parking lots are reserved for season ticket holders. It will also be a busy day on campus, so please plan accordingly. 

• How much are tickets to the basketball game? Please refer to the ticketing office for game related questions. Game tickets are sold separately.

• Is cocktail hour included in my dinner ticket cost? Yes. The evening will include cocktail hour, dinner, wine, and dessert.

• If I am late, will the doors be open? We ask you to be seated by 5:55 PM so the program is not interrupted. 

• Can I purchase tickets at the door? Please plan on purchasing your tickets ahead of time. If capacity allows, we will accept cash, check, or card, however the event may sell out before then.

• Who do I contact if my plans change? Please contact the Alumni Office.

• Is the Hall of Fame portion of the evening separate?  No, it is all part of the same program. Hall of Fame inductees will be celebrated at the program and acknowledged on court. 

• When will the event be over? The program will end by 8 PM, leaving 30 minutes to get seated at UCU Pavilion before tip-off.

• What will the recognition look like for the awardees at the game? On court recognition, including an announcement and photo opportunity will take place during a media time out. Please make sure you have game tickets to enter the pavilion.
